Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Engineering or any relevant.
• Minimum 10 years+ of experience.
• Strong SAP implementation experience within the Asset Management line of business and cross-modular experience in PM/CS/PS/QM/A&D INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS etc.
• Knowledge of integration between PM and MM/HR modules.

Lead, manage and ensure the success delivery of projects and enforcing conformance to principles, guidelines and best practices
Design solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems, leveraging the best tools and technologies.
Facilitate requirements workshop and bridge the gaps between users and technology.
Work closely with key stakeholders from various business units to understand their business requirements and translate them into systems and applications architectural specifications.
Conceptualize and design the end-to-end architecture of the solution by leveraging on the enterprise-wide technology and analytics platform and implement effective IT solutions for the organization and industry and ensuring that they are aligned with the desired business outcomes.
Resolve technical problems and constraints.
Provide supervision and guidance to development teams.
Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose appropriate changes.

Prior experience in a solution architect role, with significant experience leading and facilitating solution conceptualisation sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
Proficiency in software architecture principles, design patterns and best practices.
Hands-on experience in designing and developing reusable components, microservices, containers and Kubernetes.
Working experience in Consulting Enterprise Solutions Architect.Digital Transformation,Platform Setup, Modernization,Data,Security,Cloud
Knowledge on OpenShift Container Platform will be an advantage.
Sound knowledge in coding languages (preferred Java), various operating systems and databases.
Proven experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD adoption and deployment.
Certifications in relevant skills (e.g. project management, business analysis, AWS solution architect etc.) will be an advantage.
Working experience in project management and vendor management.
Relevant knowledge in change management and business process improvement would be an advantage.
Must be organized, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible to work on different projects in a rapidly changing environment.
