Job Description

(A) Relationship Management

• Identify and cultivate potential strategic partnerships with organizations, influencers, and community leaders
• Develop and maintain a robust network of professional contacts
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and collaborations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and stakeholders

(B) Partnership Development

• Identify potential partnership opportunities that align with organizational goals
• Conduct due diligence on potential partners
• Develop and present partnership proposals
• Track and report on partnership ROI and impact
• Manage partner onboarding and ongoing relationship management

(C) Strategic Planning

• Align partnership, community and social impact strategies with overall organisational objectives
• Develop comprehensive partnership roadmaps, programmes and initiatives
• Track and report on partnership performance metrics
• Identify new opportunities for community growth and collaboration
• Conduct regular market research to understand community trends and needs
• Monitor and analyze feedback and sentiment

(D) Communication and Outreach

• Craft compelling communication materials for partners and community members

• Create engaging content to promote community involvement

(E) Operations and Facility Management

• Oversee operations and manage physical infrastructure of curated real estate sites

• Design and implement facility utilization strategies and develop performance tracking for facility usage

Required Qualifications:

• Tertiary degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Sports Management or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in community management, partnership development, sports management or similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong networking capabilities and Project management experience
• Unique personal sporting, adventure and community experience will be a plus

Sport Programme Manager (Healthy Workplace Ecosystem)

Industry: Sports & Fitness Service Provider for Government Agencies, Schools as well as Corporate Companies.
Working days: Mon - Fri
Working Hours: 930am - 6pm (On standby to acknowledge messages after working hours when necessary)

Salary: $3,500 to $5,000 [depends to experiences]

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing health and fitness activities in workplaces for working adults.
• Conduct regular venue visits/audits
• Content creation for festive/thematic activities
• Maintain close communication with stakeholders
• Ability to work with both in-house and external providers to ensure project success
• Monitor KPIs to ensure delivery of key project outcomes
• Generate monthly report for stakeholders
• Responsible for acknowledging messages in the HWE (Healthy Workplace Ecosystem) Facil group chat, triggering BAP cancellations and informing HPB after working hours.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution are welcome.
• To possess at least two to three years of relevant working experience
