• Advanced piping skills desired.
• Baking experience required.
• Mousse-making experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warm up and serve food.
• Manage cashier responsibilities using a cashless POS system (training will be provided).
• Perform basic food and dessert preparation.
• Prepare Peranakan Cuisine using food supplied from the central kitchen.

Requirement

• Either newcomers or at least 2 years of experience in hawker/food court/restaurant settings.
• Availability to work on public holidays and weekends.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• A six-day workweek is applicable.
• No extensive cooking skills are necessary.
