Your Role

Reporting to the Head of Consulting, your main role is to provide support to the projects allocated, plan and managing the project activities, ensuring that project logistics are planned accordance to schedule. You are also expected to perform data analysis, report writing, crafting presentation slides and maintaining the project documentation as part of the job scope. You serve an important role being the key liaison personnel between clients and project team members.

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who closely match client requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability and experience.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates, provide career advice, and prepare them for client interviews.
• Manage the interview process, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics between clients and candidates.
• Assist with client communication, manage expectations, and provide regular progress updates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market insights relevant to your assigned specialization (if any).

Qualifications:

• Diploma in any field.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in recruitment or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive and results-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.

- To plan, execute and complete the audit of small and medium companies including drafting of the financial statements

- Reviewing audit workpapers to ensure quality and compliance with relevant standards

- To do consolidation of group of companies and draft up the consolidated financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.

- To make recommendation on areas of improvements on internal controls of companies based on the results/findings of the audit.

- To build up a good client relationship and rapport with the client.

- Make best-practices recommendations to management

- Actively take other responsibilities for any ad hoc job assigned

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in ACCOUNTANCY.

- Eager and willing to learn with a positive work attitude and accountability.

- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience & able to work independently and in teams

- Preferably with some knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, Companies Act and Standards on Auditing

- Must computer literacy like Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and some knowledge of accounting software.

- Staff who have long term plan to excel in the audit profession and grow with the firm is an advantage
