Key responsibilities include:

· Provide commercial finance support to the TR AP division, working closely with the TR AP Market Directors. Acts as co-pilot to strategically and operationally lead the business with them including decision support, ROI analysis, brand level analysis, identify risks & opportunities, finance priorities etc.

REQUIREMENTS

THE ROLE

The General Manager (“GM”) shall be responsible for the management of the Serangoon Gardens Country Club (the “Club”). Job Description

- To plan, set up, optimize and monitor the BIM process as per the contract

Requirement

- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services, Architectural or Structural Engineering

Construction Management with more than 5 years of working experience in construction design,

drafting, BIM modelling, BIM model management and/or coordination (services).

- Formally trained in Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) ), preferably with at

least 3 years of experience in services coordination using BIM or BIM management and modelling

experience in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large project.

You will play a huge role in assisting the development of Globibo’s presence in Hong Kong from the ground up by driving new businesses & building a pool of clientele. You shall focus your attention on extending our sales outreach regarding our services (translation, interpretation & training) to new organizations, industries & segments.

Policy and Procedure Development:

• Design and implement process flow and transaction-based documentation for the finance department.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare detailed monthly management information system (MIS) reports.
• Perform monthly closing activities, including journal entries and P&L and Balance Sheet analysis.

• Prepare and review monthly reporting, schedules, and bank reconciliations.

Vessel Accounting:

Payroll Management:

• Design tax-efficient structures for employees and compute tax requirements and deductions.

• Verify all payroll records and payments.

General and HR Management:

• Build effective relationships within the team and affiliate offices.
• Assist with various projects and ad hoc activities directed by management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an offshore and marine operations-related company, preferably in Ship Management.

Job Description

· Evaluate and revise the existing Group’s policies and procedures where necessary and assisting entities in implementation

· Following up on compliance issues that require investigation

Responsibilities

• Oversee project activities to ensure smooth execution of project
• Close monitoring of project resources includes manpower, transportation, equipment and tools
• Oversee that current version of local specifications – e.g. Code of Practice, Singapore Standards are accessible at the point of use

As a Senior Assistant Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Care and Call Centre (CareHub), which includes the management of the team of Call Centre Officer (CCOs) and administrative staff, to meet CareHub’s service standards, key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.

You shall conceptualise and translate developmental plans of CareHub’s functions and IT requirements/systems into actionable milestones, workflows and SOPs while working collaboratively with the team and stakeholders to make plans a reality dovetailed to implementation timeline, organisation’s strategies, priorities and national’s directives.

You shall be responsible to ensure service standards and KPIs are consistently monitored, reported with areas of improvements identified and actioned timely to drive the achievement of CareHub’s service standards and KPIs with risks mitigated and managed appropriately. In addition, you are responsible for the training and knowledge function of CareHub to support the Call Centre Officers to be competent in their job and able to handle cases in a professional and timely manner.

You shall drive collaborative conversations and partnerships with stakeholders and community partners to develop and implement/review CareHub’s functions and initiatives which improve outcomes in tandem with the wider community ecosystem.
