• Account manage and administer staff benefits-related matters (e.g. creation/computation of leave quota, Insurance/Grab enrolment/cancellation, etc.).

Principal tasks/responsibilities:

• Work independently as well as across different teams in order to contribute to and deliver the priorities of CLASS - using your knowledge, skills, talent and potential to the best of your abilities
• Respond promptly to rights and licensing enquiries, advising and educating customers on copyright laws and uses
• Develop actionable, strategic closure plans
• Negotiate fees and closing licensing deals
• Actively seek out and engage with business development opportunities, by involvement in activities such as email campaigns, attending industry events and meeting with clients
