Invoicing and Billing

• Oversee end-to-end invoicing processes, including generating, reviewing, and sending invoices to corporate clients in a timely manner.
• Handle purchase orders (POs) and ensure alignment between invoicing and POs for accurate financial tracking and records.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve any billing discrepancies, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure smooth payment collection.

Payment and Financial Records

• Prepare billing statements, track client payments, and update internal systems to reflect accurate financial data.
• Work closely with the finance department to manage payment schedules, reconcile payments received, and maintain organised records for auditing and reporting purposes.

Tender and Proposal Management

• Seek out and manage corporate tender processes, including reviewing RFPs, preparing and submitting proposals, and handling any related documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for proposals, ensuring that all submissions meet client and company standards.

Business Development

• Identify opportunities for client retention and upselling of additional services to meet corporate client needs and enhance service offerings.
• Contribute to team discussions and strategies aimed at expanding the corporate client base and improving service delivery.
• Seek out business opportunities and market the school’s courses, programmes, and services to potential markets, partners and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field preferred.

Job Summary:

The Director of Catering Sales is responsible for the operations and results of the Catering Sales department. This includes strategizing and leading the Catering Sales Team to achieve the budgeted revenue goals. Leading the team to provide our guests with specialized and personalized service for events and group accommodation management with responsibilities revolving around ensuring a smooth transition Pre-Sales to Post Event Phase. Job Responsibilities:

1. Meet or exceed individual and group catering sales target set by the management

They are seeking for a newly created Finance Director role, reporting to the Group CFO. Alongside the Group CFO, this role will also be partnering with the Chairman, CEO, and the top management team.

The Role

The sought-after candidate for the role of Finance Director must have a background in a high sales growth environment and business process development. The critical responsibilities entail accurate & timely financial reporting, project costing and margin enhancement partnership with business leaders, working capital management improvement with the management and tax risks and compliance issues. Another pivotal role will be to oversee the financial reporting, budgeting and business forecasting consolidation for Asian businesses. Evaluating organizational structure, reporting lines and the capability of finance and accounting teams from four different offices will also be necessary. Moreover, enhancing the function of regional cash & debt management, you will work on fixed asset management and capital expenditure investment decision optimization to generate value.
