Your Experience

• Responsible for managing all aspects of vessel operations.
• Ensure that communication with all parties including vessels, local offices, procurement
  department, ship managers, agents, other associated companies and subcontractors is done correctly and in accordance with existing work instructions and valid charter-party and contract conditions.
• Plan the entire voyage from start to finish as well as anticipate possible problems in advance
  and adjust plans as needed to achieve the most cost-effective solutions.
• Respond to any problems that arise during the voyage and put in hand whatever corrective
  measures may be required.
• Responsible for optimising the efficiency of the voyage – which includes minimising all
  voyage related costs and time.

Job Details:

• Working Hour: 5 days 12 hr shift 7 - 7 around $2,800
• 6 days 3pm - 11pm or 11pm - 7am $2,100

Main Duties

- To perform product assembly of medical products
- To perform deflashing and degating of products
- To operate machine
- To perform parts checking & packing

Other Duties

- Operate machine to the required efficiency to meet targeted output levels.

- Perform quality inspection for all products in accordance to specifications indicated on instruction sheets

- Pack and label all products according to specifications

- Inform technician to take correction actions if necessary to ensure that machine or process are under control.

- Perform proper machine hand over to other shifts

- Perform housekeeping and cleaning of work area to ensure neat and tidy working environment.

- Update performance output into the machine production record sheet.

- Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities :

• Reading, interpreting and / or executing various machining works using CNC Machines.

• Operating and setup of CNC machines.

• Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required.

• Prepare and update of CNC programs.

• Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc.

• Perform machine troubleshooting, periodic preventive maintenance of all machines.

• Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.

• Performs cleaning and maintaining of 5S practices.

Requirements :

• At least 5 years experience with CAD / CAM.

• At least 5 years CNC Machining experience.

• Experience with micro precision parts manufacturing

• Must be able to complete 2d3d programming independently.
