Job Purpose

To advise and support the Senior Director for operations excellence on building and expanding critical capabilities in Asia specifically related to Product Delivery of the OMS Product and Customer and Project Implementation.

Among others, this will include designing and executing a Customer Implementation Program across LOBs, developing a Project Management program for Internal projects, and supporting the management and execution of the OMS Product Landscape. Roles & Responsibilities

Functional

· Building Capabilities

o Develop and execute a project management package and train internal resources to manage successful rollout of transformation solutions within the assigned region.

o With the head of Customer implementation, enhance the customer implementation package and train associates on it. The Package will include modern processes, tools in management, communication, and tracking.

o In working with Product Delivery head, develop and implement product governance process that ensures compliance to the product landscape.

· Providing Knowledge

o Provide critical input on the ongoing business improvements from Order to Cash (OTC) to improve KPIs and productivity. This will require challenging status quo to implement product delivery enhancements.

· Tactical Support
