1. Summary of the role

The Customer Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, administering and improving customer service procedures and work flows across APAC regions, specific to aerospace customers. The Infrastructure & Container Platform Support Engineer will act as a liaison between Application and Infrastructure teams, ensuring seamless implementation of infrastructure requirements for applications. The role requires managing, maintaining, and optimizing infrastructure platforms while adhering to bank standards for performance, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Infrastructure Coordination & Support: Collaborate with Application and Infrastructure teams to define and set up the necessary infrastructure for applications. Address application infrastructure requirements effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Performance & Compliance Management: Monitor and maintain performance for Operating Systems, Middleware, and Databases. Ensure timely implementation of security/bug fix patches, End-of-Support (EOS) transitions, and compliance with ISCD and bank security standards.

Technical Expertise & Incident Management: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing senior-level technical guidance to application teams. Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and other container platforms.

Experience:
