Job scope:

• Assist in processing of entry approval housing verifications.

• Conduct verifications of documents including tenancy contracts.

• Attend to public enquiries via phone or email on processing related issues on entry approval for housing verification process

• Independently see through ad-hoc assignments which may include compilation of data sets or data reporting

• Conduct preliminary assessment for applications with unique circumstances and propose appropriate course of actions

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel & Outlook

• Good writing and communication (verbal and written) skills

Job Description

• Assist project manager in IT support functions
• Perform UAT and Production user testing as and when required after system patching/maintenance.
• Monitoring project schedule and objectives to ensure timely achievement of deliverables.
• Development and deployment of survey related IT projects
• Analyze call transcripts using text analysis methods such as rule-based matching and sentiment analysis in Python.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in applying advanced financial concepts and numerical methods to develop financial models and analytical tool
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of quantitative trading process
• Manage and analyse large, complex data sets using a variety of statistical tools and techniques

Requirements:
