Sales Support specialist
We are working with a leading entertainment and sports agency and they are looking for a Sales Support specialist to join their growing team.
In this role which is a mix of sales support, logistics, booking and admin, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the team, carrying out research, diary management, doing expenses, preparing presentations and connecting with prospective brand partners for the company.
Responsibilities:
- General market research / analysis on company’s clients, industries, territories, brand etc.
- Cold outreaching brands to generate new business leads.
- Creating new business pitch for presentations.
- Providing general assistance to the team with ongoing projects for our broad client base.
- Day-to-day support for the team including diary management, travel arrangements, general administrative support.
Qualifications:
- At least At least 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar function.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a professional level in English and ideally 1 other Asian language.
- Some experience in working in Asia and pitching to Asian businesses.
- Must be meticulous and have an excellent eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task.
- Experience in working across multiple internal teams.
- Ability to prospect new brands.
