• Troubleshoot and maintain networking devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls
• Oversee the deployment of workstations (desktops, laptops, iPads) and other IT equipment

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology
• Skills, knowledge, 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the following areas:

• Office 365 / Exchange Administration
• Various MS Windows OS and applications
• MS Windows servers and Active Directory, MS SQL

Main Tasks

1. Systems Design & Architecture

• To design security system architecture, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection and other security systems.
• To develop detailed plans, specifications, and schematics for security systems.
• To ensure the designs meet industry standards, clients’ requirements, and regulatory compliance.

2. Staging and Programming

• To perform staging and pre-program of security systems.
• To pre-configure hardware and software components, ensuring seamless integration before deploying the equipment on site.
• To conduct thorough pre-testing of all system components to ensure proper functionality before deploying the equipment on site.
• To assist in systems commissioning, including calibration and optimization. (Remote)
• To identify and troubleshoot any issue that arises during testing. (Remote)

3. Technical Support

• To address and resolve technical issues.
• Back up, Restoration and maintenance of workstations
• VM ware installation and Virtual Machine Migration
• Setting VPN IP Sec
• Policy Set up
• IT device Hardeneing

4. Documentation and Compliance

• To maintain detailed and accurate documentation of system designs, installations, and maintenance activities.
• To ensure all systems comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• To prepare compliance reports and documentation for audits and inspections.

5. Client Interaction and Training

• To assist with system training sessions for clients or end-users on system operations and best practices.
• To prepare system training slides for internal and external training.

6. Research and Development

• To stay up to date on the latest advancements in security technology and industry trends.
• To research and evaluate new products and technologies to enhance system capabilities.
• To develop and implement innovative security solutions to meet emerging threats and challenges.

7. Prepare Prove of Concept

• Prepare and conduct system testing for proposed solutions or contract requirements.
• To conduct Prove of Concept to client according to proposed solutions or contract requirements.

8. Quality Assurance

• To implement quality control procedures to ensure systems meet performance standards.
• To conduct regular quality assurance checks and audits of installation systems.
• To address any deficiencies and ensure continuous improvement of system quality.
• To adhere to safety and health procedures and rules documented in ISO45001.

9. Team Coordination

• To coordinate with Technical Team, IT and Service Team for the system readiness within Project timeline (Staging)
• To provide guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.

10. Certificate

• CCNA

Responsibilities:

• Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
• Assesses existing SAP operation process and recommending improvements.
• Provides support for difficult and complex system environments.
• Provides SAP system support, assistance, and end-user training.
• Performs role of trouble-shooter, successfully identifying system inconsistencies and implementing optimum business solutions and business process enhancements.
• Involved in business analysis and technical design session with business and technical staff to develop requirements document and ETL specifications.
• Performs role of supporting business and operation needs such as audit and compliance, both internal and external, etc.
• Strengthens organizational capability and build downstream domain knowledge through facilitation of knowledge transfer sessions for employee.
• Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.
• Experienced in analysing and identifying SAP Service Pack impact, preparing release notes for transport, preparing FFID log and other SAP logs.
• Performs rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5-6 years in experience as a SAP consultant in a similar industry and in Financials, Controlling and Project System modules.
• Intensive knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and FIORI.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience in planning, analysing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, documenting, and training in S/4 HANA Financials, Controlling and Project System will be an added advantage
• Excellent organizational and time- management skills
• Effective communication with business users and vendors
• Ability to work under business focused and fast-moving environment
• Always projecting a positive outlook in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Possesses SAP-accredited certification
