Key Responsibilities

Post-sales design documentation, implementation and migration of advanced complex solutions
for managed enterprise customers. Complex solutions consist of multi-product services. The TDA’s
role is to ensure that these services interoperate and integrate into the customer environment.
· Such products consist of but not limited to SDWAN, MPLS, Ethernet, IPSec VPN’s, VoIP,
Video Conferencing, Orchestration, WAN Optimization, Managed Security Services, Cloud
Services, Managed Hosting and Complex Migration Planning,
· In general, TDA engineers must be expert level certified in one or more disciplines. Have a broad
understanding across the technical landscape within Telecommunications and Enterprise IT
architectures and have a natural ability to converse with both technical and executive audiences
· Basic Knowledge on programming & scripting including but not limited to Python, Yang, Perl, JSON
etc.
· The TDA will own the technical delivery of customer solutions and will be the technical interface
between the customer, product teams and project management during service delivery.
· Close engagement with pre-sales, technically validating solutions proposed are deliverable and all
technical aspects are clearly defined prior to contract signature. The TDA accepts technical
ownership of the solution at the point of contract signature.
· Engaging with and supporting pre-sales during contracting, with project management during
service realization and the training of Service Assurance, through design, delivery and handover
into lifecycle management.
· Lead customer-facing technical workshops in the delivery phase requiring excellent communication
with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to all levels of competency.
· 4th Line escalation. Providing support to 3rd line teams for OEM and design related faults.

II. Major Functions:

The Manager should be able to do business development and corporate stewardship within WWF-Singapore. The Asst. Manager / Manager will have the drive, knowledge and skills to engage business leaders in transformational change, delivering shared conservation and community objectives, which will enable Singapore’s businesses to be a leading force in achieving the country’s sustainability goals over the next 10-30 years.

The role is also responsible for creating innovative corporate partnerships and fundraising channels. As part of the Fundraising Unit, the Asst. Manager / Manager will contribute to bringing conservation knowledge to the local community, focusing particularly on corporate donors by developing and deploying effective partnership models and marketing strategies. At the same time, also responsible for delivering key engagement initiatives under the Together Possible @ Work Programme of WWF.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Direction & Leadership

• Support the Senior Manager and Deputy Director of Partnerships and Philanthropy to ensure that fundraising and acquisition goals are achieved and tracked, and contribute to the department’s overall fundraising objectives
• Develop a strategy to build and further grow the three (3) income pillars of Together Possible @ Work and execute on these strategies.
• Analyse and monitor the results of campaigns and partnerships to apply learnings and insights in the development of strategies

Product and Business Development

• Work with relevant WWF Programme Teams, including WWF’s Education & Outreach team to develop innovative marketing products and strategies to on-board companies for the employee engagement programme.
• Identify and foster strong relationships with new corporate prospects via inbound and outbound leads.
• Engage with existing corporate partners, and top-up their support via employee engagement, to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Generate fresh leads via employee engagement activities and pave the way for the Partnerships Team to engage in new corporate partnerships.
• Develop the workplace giving channel and on-board the employees of WWF-Singapore’s corporate partners as regular donors through the programme.
• Develop the employee fundraiser channel as a source of corporate donations.
• Where applicable, be in charge of managing some key industry sectors for other types of partnerships beyond employee engagement.
• Collaborate with other teams within WWF and contribute to ongoing programme discussions regarding conservation and outreach projects based in Singapore.

Event and Account Management

• Lead in making sure that employee engagement events are delivered in collaboration with various teams within WWF.
• Complete the necessary tasks to ensure the proper delivery of employee engagement events, including but not limited to: external vendor and corporate client coordination; event facilitation; post-event impact reporting.
• Where applicable, ensure that employee engagement partners are properly handed over to the Stewardship / Corporate Business Development Team to follow up on the partnership for further relationship / expansion.

Programme Maintenance: Together Possible @ Work

• Maintain the programme microsite with up-to-date campaign information, new engagement product offerings, and toolkits.
• Monitor results of employee engagements, report back on objectives, apply learnings across engagements.
• Share best practices of local employee engagement strategies, and provide other WWF global network offices with recommendations based on WWF-Singapore’s successes.

IV. Profile:

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business administration or equivalent industry experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience in B2B business development, account management, or events management is a must.
• Proven track record in one of the following areas:

○ B2B Sales

○ Event Management

○ Loyalty programmes

○ Account management or client servicing

• Must have a strong fundraising, sales or business development background.

Working Relationships:

• Manage approval, process and documentation for utilities & services
• Coordinate with utility agencies and authorities on excavation works, utility diversion and reinstatement work on utility services
• Coordinate with authorities, consultants, sub-contractors and project site operation team to facilitate installation works and progress on site
• Coordinate with client/consultants/QP(S) on any discrepancy on the drawings or specification
• Supervise all excavation work related to utilities such as utility diversion work, trial trench work etc.
• Supervise utility subcontractors work to ensure timely completion and quality standards of project are in accordance to statutory requirements, construction procedures and safe work practices
• Conduct site inspection from time to time to ensure safe working near to any utility
• Obtain approval from relevant authorities for any utility diversion within the work site
• Manage processes and documentation related to utilities and services
• Manage permit to dig system
• Management of NCE and trial trench works for locating existing utility
• Manage & Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements to get an approval for water, drainage, and other major utilities diversion

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
• Experience with wet utility and has rapport with PUB
• Experience/Knowledge in Traffic Scheme/Traffic Diversion
• Site experience in MRT/LTA or Underground roadway projects
• Involved in coordination SPPG (22 and 66kV), Telecom (Singtel, Starhub, M1 and SPtel), Powergas (PE315 and PE150) and PUB (Water pipe dia 800. And dia 300. ) is an advantage.
