Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test electronic software solutions for various applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design specifications.
• Develop and maintain documentation including technical specifications, software evaluations and reports.
• Conduct system testing, software coding and identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network communication, software solutions
• Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++ or Java
• Prior knowledge in Python, Linux is an added advantage

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create a recruitment strategy to meet those needs
• Use various methods to source and attract the potential talent
• Review resume, conduct initial phone screen, and assess candidate skills, knowledge, ability, and cultural fit to the organization
• Plan and place job advertisements, interview, and coordinate selection assessment
• Prepare LOA and extend job offers to select candidate and negotiate the terms of employment
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hire
• Apply for Work pass application & PCP (primary care plan) for new onboard foreign talent
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR work experience, particularly in the area of talent sourcing and acquisition
• At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
