Job Description
Workers Management
Co-ordination with projects teams on HR matters with regards to all issues related to workers.
· Workers orientation including contract signing and company policies briefing.
· Work Pass renewal matters including workers retention and repatriation.
· Handle workers who absent from work/ tender resignation letter/ request to change site/ change trade/ home leave workers including air ticket arrangement.
· Handle all workers’ enquiries, complaints, grievance or feedback and carry out investigation, interview, counseling, review and give solutions to the Department in charge.
· Monitor workers’ daily attendance, find out reason of absence from work promptly, go dormitory to check and question uncontactable workers.
· Issue memos, warning/ dismissal letter to workers as and when necessary.
· Coordination till the case is closed when worker is required by the authority.
Work Accident and Sickness management
Accident case
· Follow up timely and closely on-site accident cases.
· Bring worker to doctor for treatment and review appointment.
Sickness
· Bring to company doctor, understand symptoms & recovery, and monitor attendance.
Education
The candidate must possess at least a Diploma, preferably in Human Resource Management.
Working Experience
- Preferably at least 3 years of Human Resource counselling working experience in the construction field.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
