1. Student Care School ( Senior Teacher/ Supervisor/ Assist Manager)

Roles and Responsibility

· Work closely with Centre Manager to manage the daily operations of a premium student care centre

• Ensure overall safety and wellbeing of the children

• Liaise with Centre Manager, Parents and school with regards to students and Centre matters

• Mentor, lead and motivate staff in their work

• Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out smoothly

• Plan for manpower and logistics

• Handle parent enquiries and provide regular updates to parents regarding their children’s well-being and academic matters

• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications, withdrawals

• Maintain updated records of students’ profile and finance matters

• Classroom management, including assisting in classrooms whenever necessary

· Administrative work (sales, collection of fees, and collection of forms) and upkeep of centre premises.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Manager/ Senior Manager

Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years experience in a student care environment
