-Stage Management - Setting up and managing the physical stage where the event takes place. The Personnel shall provide assistance to ensure that the stage is safe, properly arranged, and equipped with necessary elements like podiums and seating arrangements. He/she shall ensure smooth transitions between different segments of each event, such as speeches, performances, or presentations.
- Create a production schedule.
-Handle bookings inquiries, calendar and coordination of our booking across various locations.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operation and Admin Support Executive. You will provide crucial support to our organization by performing a variety of operational and administrative tasks.

· Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Office hours)

Job Scope

· Responsible for operations of our application Platforms

· Assist in troubleshooting issues and errors within the application system

· Support Customers to Track & Resolve reported Issues & Queries

· Assist in managing office and administrative tasks
