When help is needed the Senior Technical Support Consultant (Level 3) can turn to the Team Leads and Technical Manager for guidance and support.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Level 3 support and escalations for network and System issues;
• Configure and install network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc.
• Monitor network to ensure optimum performance, reliability and availability;
• Work closely with internal and external teams for problem resolution;
• Perform maintenance and upgrades of systems and networks;
• Check on resource utilisation for trending and capacity planning purposes;
• Adhere to policies on change management to ensure success of such projects;
• Implement security measures and ensure that policies are followed to reach the required level of security;
• Work on and resolve escalated Helpdesk Tickets

• Provide the Client with advanced on-site troubleshooting
• Provide the Client with on-site installation & removal of equipment
• On-Site Hardware Maintenance and Support
• Use our Ticketing System to work on and resolve Helpdesk Tickets & Service Requests
• Managing and recording all work though our Ticketing System
• Make sure that Client Documentation in well maintained
• Split tickets that have several issues into their own individual ticket
• Make sure that tickets aren’t “stale” throughout the process
• From time to time the projects team will need additional resource to help deliver projects on-site
• Create and maintain documentation for on-site processes
• Escalate tickets that require Team Leads or Technical Manager support
• Work with Level 1 and Level 2 Engineer to communicate to the client the status of their ticket every step of the way, notify them of any changes or outages related to their issue
• Identify, Communicate and Mitigate potential risks to the Technical Manager and Clients
• Follow the schedule provided by the Team Leads or Technical Manager or appointed Service Coordinator / Dispatcher
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily / weekly recurring tasks
• Follow all our Security Procedures and Keeping a Vigilant Eye for Security Issues
• Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
• Contribute to the process of innovative change effectively
• Undertake other duties as required by the Technical Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 4 to 6 years of work experience
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information System of the equivalent) or higer
• CCNA certification would be an advantage
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in network device configuration and troubleshooting, as well as system and OS support.
• Proven work experience as a Network Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS environments
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Good knowledge of cloud concepts and networking
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

Job Description & Requirements

• To study and familiarise with the whole development’s organisation, Site conditions, Conditions of Contract, Conditions of Sub-contract, M&E Specification/Drawings, Architectural, Interior, Structural and Specialist drawings, Coordination of M&E, Architectural, Interior, Structural and Specialist elements
• To carry out site supervision and inspection cords of all works done, including records of test inspections, status of workof the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that the installation works are constructed in compliance with the design intent, specification, working/approved drawings and quality of works required under the terms of the contract.
• To ensure timely submissions and check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)
• To monitor project progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.
• To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team.
• To maintain proper site records and updated daily res, safety, site diary, materials and equipment onsite, labour, dayworks, provisional quantities, etc.
• To check that the contractor executes preliminaries items.
• To check services routes and contractor’s setting out and report any deviations to the consultant team.
• To verify reports and monitor the progress of work on site, verify the contractors’ progress report and present the report to the DM (Development Manager) in such format that the progress payment claim by the contractor can be easily evaluated.
• To monitor all variations works as instructed or approved by consultant team.
• To attend site progress meetings/technical meetings/consultants’ meetings.
• To attend to contractor’s queries and co-ordinate works of main contractor and direct contractors.
• To inspect completed works and ensure works are carried out in accordance to statutory requirements
• To undertake any other duties related to the project including supervision of M&E works as and when instructed by the consultant team.
• To compile relevant equipment, material, inspection and test certificates submitted by the contractors and pass them to the DM as required for the project records and the clients’ hand-over package.
• To compile Punch List or Defect List with the contractors and ensure that the contractors carry out rectification work diligently to clear all defects during the Maintenance Period.
• To witness all the inspection, testing and commissioning sessions performed by the subcontractors to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.
• Project duration approx. 26 month

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a recognised Diploma/Nitec in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering/ Building
• Preferably Registered resident technical officer with IES / ACES
• Minimum 5 years of experience as RTO on local project, preferably with experience in HDB projects
• A good team player and experience in assisting the consultant team / Resident Engineer in supervision

• S$6,000 Higher + AWS + Variable Bonuses

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-ordinate, prepare, compile, and analyze the Annual Budget before submission to the corporate office
• Analyses financial variances and pro-actively hosts meetings with operations departments to review and discuss monthly forecast performance
• Co-relate complex data from numerous sources & formulating it into management reports
• Review a wide variety of records and involve departments to ensure data validity
• Manage SOX and internal/external audit queries
• Streamline processes and participate in ad-hoc LEAN projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Accounting Degree, Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel
• Experience working in a highly complex environment and able to undertake manual processes
• Strong team player who is meticulous and self-motivated, processes strong analytical skills, and is able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
