The Assistant Chief Engineer supports the Chief Engineer in maintaining overall maintenance operations of entire Hotel facility, including guest rooms, all mechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C. systems, fire protection system, kitchen equipments, emergency power system, sewage system and related equipment in accordance with guest service, preventive maintenance and energy conservation standards and programs. • Carries out inspection of guest rooms after Preventive Maintenance. Reviews any problems with the Preventive Maintenance team and recheck room/suite before releasing to Housekeeping/Front Office.
• Assists in developing, implement and manage emergency programs for the operation and maintenance of all equipment and physical structures in compliance with corporate standards, local, state and national codes and regulations to protect the asset, guests and associates, to ensure optimum operations, minimize expenses and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the short and long term planning and day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department.
• Reports to Chief Engineer, on a regular basis, regarding the specific and overall condition of the building structures, guest areas, service areas, related systems and equipment offering prudent and cost effective proposals for maintaining the same. Reviews reports, and initiates appropriate actions to carry out maintenance work effectively and efficiently.

We own, evolve and support the technology platforms that handle the post-execution processing for the Securities Execution, Prime Clearing, and Prime Brokerage businesses. About the team

MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING

• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance throughout the hotel to ensure standards are maintained for guest comfort.

The Opportunity

The Technical Account Director (TAD) is accountable for the technical health and success of Adobe's largest customers using Adobe’s Digital Experience Solutions. • Incident Management: Address and manage IAM-related incidents, conduct investigations, and ensure timely resolution.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for enhancing IAM processes and implement industry best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their IAM requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver IAM training programs and promote best practices throughout the organization.
• Audit and Reporting: Assist with audits and generate reports to monitor and assess the effectiveness of the IAM program.
• Technology Management: Help evaluate, select, and integrate IAM tools and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Proficiency with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., SailPoint, Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA).
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., NIST).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous learning.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Process Engineering and design, Process configuration and optimization studies
• Perform Process simulations, prepare Process/Utility Flow Diagrams, Heat and Material Balance and Utility Balances
• Prepare Piping and Instrumentation diagrams
• Prepare Process equipment datasheets and instrument datasheets
• Perform relief and blowdown studies, relief load scenario analysis and flare network calculations
• Perform Process calculations for equipment sizing and line hydraulics
• Prepare Process design philosophies, operating guides
• Participate in Process Workshops such as PHA/HAZOP and others and effectively lead the technical discussions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Possess at least 22 years of experience
• Worked on Concept studies, FEED and detailed design projects
• Should have good experience on Offshore Oil & Gas projects
• Experience leading process teams on hydrocarbon projects
• Understanding of process design, heat and material balance, and P&IDs
• Knowledge of international codes and standards, software and tools
• Preference given to candidates with Lead Engineer/Advisory experience on at least two projects
• Experience participating in and leading technical discussions in Process Workshops such as PHA/HAZOP and others
