Who You Are:
We are looking for someone who to take up the Process AE position, with hands-on experience in process support involving machine qualification, products inspection/disposition/data collection and quality monitoring.
Position Summary:
Lumileds is seeking a highly-qualified Process AE to take responsibility for Operations Engineering. In this role, you will handle process related daily operations and support process engineers to maintain and improve module KPIs.
What You Will Do:
•Perform shift duties (12-hours shift) to support the running of production in the Module and ensure that integrity of the tools is in place to run the process.
•Assist Engineers in the qualification and fine tuning of processes for production, and implementation of process improvement projects.
•Troubleshoot process related issues and minimize the time lots are on hold. Review SPC charts using and monitor all qualified processes using statistical tools
•Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module.
•Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs..
•Provide proper and accurate passdown of line issues, outstanding follow-up tasks and documentation.
•Escalate problems to engineers promptly;
What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
· Work experience in machine maintenance and Cleanroom environment, with 12 hours rotating shift (either monthly rotation or every 3 months rotation).
· Basic engineering knowledge, which may include semiconductor devices theory, electronics, digital principle, wafer fabrication processes
· High level of discipline and integrity.

· High School / GED

· Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
