We are seeking a skilled Information L3 Infrastructure / Endpoint Support Engineer fluent in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading in both Simplified and Traditional Chinese) to support users primarily in Hong Kong and mainland China (Shanghai & Beijing). This role requires effective communication with users who may not speak English, ensuring clear understanding and adherence to IT protocols. Experience in a legal or law firm environment is highly advantageous. Responsibilities:
