• Act as the main point of contact for the Master and vessel personnel, ensuring safe and efficient operations of all assigned vessels in alignment with the Company’s Integrated Management System.
• Ensure all trading and statutory certificates are valid, and vessels comply with all relevant regulations, codes, and practices.
• Oversee the supply of stores, spares, and services to vessels in line with approved budgets.
• Assist in any marine emergency involving vessels managed by the Company.

MicroSec is looking for a Technical Product Manager to manage the product roadmap, features, and delivery of its IoT Security Suite. Successful applicants will be responsible for managing an awesome team of scientists and developers while further developing MicroSec’s IoT cybersecurity products.

What you’ll do

• Lead the team in the development of the software product against the roadmap via Scrum planning, development, and execution
• Write the functional issues/requirements, down to the API level
• Do hands-on work on reviewing the code and solution developed by the team
• Come up with system and solution architecture and assist developers in realizing those in an optimized form
• Work cross-function with software systems and technologies utilizing embedded, backend, cloud, python, UI/UX, cybersecurity, etc.
• Test the developed solution end-to-end, including deployment, update, and patch
• Create user flow, product sheet, specification sheets, etc.
• Perform code and design reviews.
• Undertake project scoping, time management, planning, and execution.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project timeline and scope.
• Prepare and gather project requirements and product backlog.
• Work with engineering teams to prioritize development and ensure that high-quality product is shipped on time
• Assisting user acceptance testing and quality assurance
• Assisting in pre-sales related work including preparation of proposals, decks and RFP
• Enforce project standards with both internal and external resources.
• To prepare, review, and amend technical documentation.
• To review customer requirements and tender specifications for identifying product gaps and planning with the team
• Identify, scope, and implement processes and systems to continuously improve product and service quality as well as operational effectiveness and efficiency
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Who you are

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in Python development and Linux environment
• Must have at least 4 years of experience in writing Machine-learning codes
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in developing solutions for embedded systems
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in managing a technical team involved in Cybersecurity and Machine Learning
• Strong experience and knowledge of Linux, On-prem infrastructure & Cloud technologies. Must be able to perform or manage minor changes and bug fixes to the existing codebase internally or with external vendors.
• University degree in Engineering/Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• Must have a strong understanding of Cybersecurity and Computer networks
• Must have strong experience with Gitlab, Epics, and Issue management
• Must have hands-on skills in code review and design of system/solution architecture
• Must have basic DevOps skills to run basic services like Docker etc to test out the services
• Knowledge of IoT is a plus
• Should have experience in setting up infrastructure, routers/switches, and management of on-prem servers
• Good knowledge of Agile and/or other project management methods or certification is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to communicate in all forms across the company; strong presentation skills.

A Sales Support Executive is a professional who provides assistance and support to the sales team by responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales-related databases. They play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly qualified Sales Support Executive to join our team.

Service Report Management:

- Compile and prepare consolidated service reports from the Operations team for submission.

- Organize and maintain an archive of all service reports.

Billing and Sales Order Management:

- Assist in creating Sales Orders (SO) in the SAP system for billing purposes.

Quotation and Vendor Coordination:

- Collaborate with the Operations team to develop quotations for corrective work.

- Request quotations from vendors as needed.

Job Management and Inventory Monitoring:

- Enter awarded jobs into the SAP system and manage the workflow.

- Prepare purchase requisition forms and submit them for approval.

- Monitor and manage inventory and spare parts allocation, with particular attention to customers under comprehensive contracts.

Customer Coordination:

- Handle customer inquiries in coordination with the Operations team and track the progress of responses.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Perform other duties as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Associates degree/ dipolma in relevant field

- Familiarity with the SAP system is advantageous.

Job Description:

• Manage and coordinate the evaluation of various development proposals submitted to client for plan consent.
• Work closely with building industry professionals such as architects, planners, engineers, surveyors and consultants as well as developers, Agencies and industrialists.
• Be familiar with client's estates you are assigned to, able to read technical drawings for building and infrastructure projects, be comfortable to deal with people

• You will be required to read technical drawings for building and infrastructure projects, create records and upload them to the system for easy retrieval.

Job Requirements:

• Background in Architecture, Engineering, real estate, land planning or other relevant technical disciplines, preferably with exposure to Autocad and GIS.

The Services required are set out as follows:

· Opening & Closing of Gates/ Students’ Safety during early mornings/ after school

· Maintaining the general cleanliness of equipment and the workplace

· Providing logistical support for school events and activities, including transporting and arranging furniture and equipment

· Any other administrative/ operation duties as assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager and Operations Managers.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

· Mondays to Thursdays: 6.00am to 3.00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

· Fridays: 6.00am to 2.30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

· Staff may be required to work on other shifts, when needed to support school’s operations

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays, unless required to support school events on adhoc basis
