E-Commerce Sales Support

Sales Manager

Introduction:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support and drive our company’s e-commerce business for multi-brands across different marketplace platforms and online buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall e-commerce sales on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and Shopify.
• Responsible for daily e-commerce operations, including uploading and monitoring product information on the platforms.
• Ensure timely execution of order process management.
• Update stock count, monitor shipment & delivery of orders, assure on-time deliveries and update systems accordingly.
• Provide customer service to support the sales growth.
• Attend queries, resolve any concerns on their orders with minimum TAT, maintain accurate and timely records of correspondences or discussions with customers.
• Prepare monthly summary sales reports.
• Plan and execute e-commerce promotion campaigns.
• Work with in-house designers to prepare promotion banners, category banners and campaign artwork.

Requirements:

• Energetic, collaborative and results-oriented person with 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG. Experience in handling e-commerce platforms is a bonus.
• Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Self-starter who is technologically savvy, organised and able to operate well in a team under pressure.
• Possess good analytical skills to evaluate sales reports to build competitive sales strategy and promotions for each platform.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Within IAL, the Innovation Centre (IC) division manages the innovation programmes and the grants for the Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector. What You Will Be Doing

Reporting to the Principal Manager, Innovation Support Services (ISS), this position’s responsibilities are:

• Evaluate and review budgets submitted by grant applicants to ensure adherence with grants guidelines and participate in ‘clinic’ sessions to provide budget advisory to grants applicants working on the grant budgets.
• Process disbursement of approved grants, including but not limited to, checking all supporting documents are submitted and verify their authenticity and accuracy, preparing approval emails and raising purchase requisitions to facilitate fund transfer.
• Perform procurement activities such as preparing purchase requisitions, professional fee payments and goods receipts.
• Prepare reporting documents to management by coordinating and updating consolidated data into these documents and handle submissions to stakeholders.
• Support the organising of events such as equipment setup & venue management, invitation and guest management, VIP liaison officers, food catering arrangements, etc.
• General divisional financial and administrative duties.
• Any other duties, including cross divisional projects or events, that may be assigned by the management from time to time to meet the needs of the organization and changing environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum diploma in finance and budget management.
• At least three years of working experience, preferably in finance, administration, and operations.
• Demonstrated ability in meeting deadlines and dealing with financial figures.
• Possess good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• The successful appointee will be based at the IAL Campus located at Lifelong Learning Institute at Paya Lebar.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

· Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 1:30pm, inclusive of 30-min lunch break

• Providing support to staff on all matters relating to eco-learning and recycle art matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with the preparation of all sales and tender related documents, costings and material submissions.
• Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
• Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Follow up with factories on document requirements and ensuring that all submissions are properly presented and submitted on time.
• Supporting the sales team in responding to customer inquiries and assisting to resolve issues, where appropriate.
• Liaise with internal teams and colleagues from Procurement, Logistics and Finance.
• Sales order processing from Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order to Delivery Order.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in project management or sales support function.
• Enjoy working with numbers and good with excel, powerpoint and words.
• Diploma in Business management or Electrical engineering
• Knowledge in Lighting Simulation Software (Relux/Dialux EVO) will be an advantage.
