Requirements

• ITE Higher Nitec in Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science. Business IT or other relevant disciplines.
• At least 2 years of desktop support experience
• Possess relevant IT skills set in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Experience installing software, patches, updates on Desktops, Laptops
• Experience in supporting Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Anti-virus software
• Must be customer-service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good attitude with positive mindset in learning and ready to excel

We are looking for someone willing to support our operation/logistics department by simply assembling paper board-related installation and folding jobs. He/She needs to also monitor inventory, lift boards, and fold. It requires some physical strength for this position.

Job Scope:

• Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance for automation systems and software
• Monitor and maintain automation systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Create and update technical documentation, including user manuals and support guides
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system improvements and upgrades
• Conduct training sessions for users on automation tools and systems

Role Overview:

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer who is adept at managing and maintaining our technical infrastructure and also possesses a keen sense of adventure and flexibility. Job and Responsibilities: -

· Has experience or knowledge on Incident and Problem management.

· Health check and monitoring production system and job scheduling to ensure SLA is meet.
