• Technical diagrams providing details on the products internal construction for Core Engineering engineering users who maintain the product
• Sequence diagrams demonstrating the interactions between products/platforms and modules within the products/platforms
• User documentation explaining how to setup up and configure the product
• Engineering documentation explaining, including FAQs explaining how to set up and consume the products including common errors and common questions
• Troubleshooting guides
• Internal documentation explaining product organization, including details on source code repository layout and locations of source code for different modules within the platform

1. The RTO Shall supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, including structural elements for architectural work, building services, electrical and mechanical (M&E), and specialist engineering works for compliance with the PUB/LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.

2. The RTO shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work or late night supervision and project management work.

3. The RTO shall be competent with all necessary Ministry of Manpower WS requirements e.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW) etc.

4. The RTO shall possess high proficiency in MS Excel, Power-point and maintaining of proper daily work progress record.

Responsibilities:

• Handle operating issues, repairing and modifying of cutter suction dredger
• Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, Master(s) of Vessel and OEM Vendor(s) on the repair and maintenance schedule to meet the demands of the operations
• Prepare docking requirements and specifications proposal
• Plan the maintenance schedule based on Vessel Class and statutory requirements
• Check and ensure the level and condition of the spare parts inventory are adequate to support the repair and maintenance schedule
• Able to troubleshoot and support operation of dredger on site
• Plan the maintenance schedule based on Vessel Class and statutory requirements Supervise vessel maintenance and management of scheduled

• Make a list of current problems and actions to resolve them and report to management
• To be assist to project for dredging work and communicate work priorities to subordinates and reporting to management

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess at least a Degree in Marine Engineering or related disciplines from a recognized University
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in dredgers and barges owning companies
• Well-versed in dredgers operation and maintenance requirements
• Must have proven track record or experience handling work vessels (TSHD, CSD, or any other work vessels)
• Familiar in AutoCAD, MS Excel and Word
• Familiar with AMOS system
• Familiar with troubleshooting and finding the root cause with the ship’s crew on board
• Good understanding in mechanical drawings and hydraulic diagrams
• Able to travel overseas (Bangladesh, Middle East etc)

To assist in the operational aspects of the vehicle leasing/ rental services and fleet management to ensure best possible value added services to customers and provide proper evaluation and feedback on vehicle maintenance items to assist in company’s cost control.

• On 24/7 standby (weekly rotation) to attend leased vehicle’s breakdown/ accident. Advise customers on accident processes, e-file accident reporting etc.
• Constantly update operational issue to Team Leader.
• Regularly inspect fleet vehicles to ensure vehicles cleanliness & road worthy
• Daily liaise with workshop’s advisor on all mechanical & accident repair status including documents on repairs quotations & raising of PO (Purchase Order) etc.
• Liaise with respective dealers & sales team on taking delivery of a new vehicle. Understand new vehicle functions, warranty period, service schedule, etc.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Preferably having some relevant work experience in automotive / vehicle leasing industry
• Preferably having some front-line experience of handling customers.
• Preferably with good & clean driving history
• Able or experience in handling high-end vehicles
• Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required.
• Ability to work in an international and intercultural context
• Able to multi-task
• Able to perform OT on weekends and public holidays
