Maintenance

• Assist in preparing component specifications and follow established work processes to document designs.
• Collaborate in preparing materials for design reviews.
• Work with mentors to understand the process of submitting invention disclosures and recognize ideas with potential intellectual property (IP) value.
• Communicate effectively as a team member to contribute innovative solutions.
• Demonstrate initiative by exceeding expectations and paying close attention to detail, ensuring work is completed accurately and to the highest standards.
• Design, simulate, and implement high-temperature electronic systems, including component selection, qualification, and PCB assembly.
• Conduct functional and qualification testing of designed PCB boards and sub-assemblies.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations to document and communicate results.

Job Requirements:

• Skills acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, builder, etc) for the building and related facilities.
• Supervise sub-contractors who carry out approved repair works and scheduled maintenance in the building.
• Assist Facilities Executive & officer to execute preventive maintenance regime and/or ad-hoc upgrading project and monitor the work progress.
• Assist Facilities Executive & officer to attend to tenant’s feedback on the building and related facilities.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff when required.
