Location: Remote (except for onsite filming days)

Duration: 3 - 6 Months

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media and Filming Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and filming. The intern will support our marketing and creative teams by assisting with content creation, filming, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
  • Assist in the creation of engaging and visually appealing social media content (images, videos, graphics) that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
• Filming and Editing:
  • Assist in the planning, filming, and editing of video content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok etc.).
  • Help set up and operate cameras, lighting, and other equipment during shoots.
  • Edit footage to create high-quality videos that resonate with our audience.
• Social Media Management:
  • Schedule and post content on social media platforms according to the content calendar.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments, and engage with the audience.
  • Assist in analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
• Research and Trends:
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry news.
  • Conduct research on competitors and industry leaders to identify new opportunities for content and engagement.
• Administrative Support:
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining digital assets, including photos, videos, and graphics.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing and creative teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Experience with filming and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
• Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail supervisors develop operations plans for their teams and make sure those plans are executed.
• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Retail Associates
• Preparation and updating of duty roster to ensure accuracy in the Info-Tech HRMS Time Management System.
• Coach and train Retail Associates on GLOB+ system usage.
• Conduct daily briefings to team members before the start of shift duty.
• To provide their team with constructive criticism and be able to help them develop by coaching and teaching different selling related skills.
• Lead by example and excel in customer service, merchandise knowledge, selling skills as well as cashiering.
• Manage and improve the SOP and procedures related to inventory management at the assigned stores level.
• Able to multitask, while also keeping the customer happy and satisfied.
• Excellent customer service and communications skills to meet the organiaation business objectives and exceed customer’s expectations.
• Good leadership skills to effectively oversee and manage the team.
• Supervisors may work a variety of hours that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail supervisors may also be required to attend meetings and conferences.
• Any other ad-hoc assignment or project assigned by your superior.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• Lead and supervise daily operations including reception, mailroom operation and office management
• Monitor costs and expenses for the office management functions including office supplies and equipment and prepare budget for office management section
• Handling office renovations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on matters relating to office management
• Coordinate with landlord and Building Managing Agent (MA) on matters relating to office management
• Spearhead digitization of documents and record management
• Oversee office renovation
• Contributing member in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Committee - Develop, implement and maintain WSH plans to ensure continuous improvement in WSH performance and compliance
• Follow up on all outstanding safety-related issues to ensure timely resolution
• Fire warden - To check with landlord/MA when the fire alarm is triggered
• Prepare attendance list for fire drill exercise
• Evacuate the staff during fire drill exercise
• Review and update the evacuation plan as required
• Support human resource operations in the future as part of career advancement
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 4-5 years of relevant work experience in office management, facilities management, project management

• Ability to handle and communicate with different stakeholders

• Proficiency in Excel, Words and Powerpoint

• Able to think and work independently and as a team member in a challenging environment

Project Management

1) Scope:

• Business operation: Finance module
• IT system: Navision(current) and D365(future), also peripheral systems and interfaces are included.

2) Management:

• Organizing Business requirements: list up requirements from the viewpoint of daily operations, legal requirements including future situation, and prioritize those items with project members
• Organizing Business transition: coordinate with IT vendors, support the transition design, promote the transiti on tasks, and implementing quality management
• Risk control: check risks, prepare countermeasures and contact and consider making the situation better with key persons
• UAT: create UAT lists, explain the contents of those to users and lead the UAT and complete the UAT phase
• Training: overall implementation of user training, including preparation and promotion
• Skill transfer: after the go-live, create documents, share those with target companies and IT vendor

3) Operations:

• WBS: create and maintain the list with ITvendors
• To Do & Issue list: create and maintain the list, monitoring the status of each task with IT vendors
• Meetings: set up and facilitate meetings and create meeting minutes
• Report: report to supervisors the project status and forecasts periodically in each communication channel, including budgeting and workloads
• •Available to overseas business trip if project required

4) Others:

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in IT related field.
• Min 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge and skills for:
• IT areas of D365/Dynamics AX (to communicate with IT vendors)
• General accounting knowledge (to communicate with accounting staff)
• Basic skills of MS Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
