• Ensure the items received from Vendors are in good condition with sufficient quantity in accordance to the Delivery Note (DN) then capture into SAP system; ensure the items issued to productions and Contract Manufacturer (CM) are in good condition with sufficient quantity in accordance to the Movetags by following the SOP.
• Issuing, ensure quality & quantity issued in accordance with Movetags and FIFO or FEFO
• Liaise with production team and Contract Manufacturer for closure of Transfer Order in SAP
• Ensure shipping plan arranged accordingly as per shipment schedule with collaboration between production, planner and shipping team

• Prepare Job Schedule on Excel spreadsheet based on information received from supervisor as well as H.O.D
• Print Delivery Order from RVS system, and pass it to Supervisor in charge of the job.
• Prepare Equipment List for job site.
• Check with Supervisor before completing the Forklift Check-list.
• Communicate with customer via e-mail and phone.
• Collect Delivery Order (signed by customer) from Supervisor, print Job Schedule and forward both documents to person in charge for billing.
• Must be willing to learn TMS (Transport Management System)
• Book crane service (if required) for next day’s job : provide details of venue, time of crane usage, etc.

• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School.

Job Scope

• Receive and pick items to the correct locations
• Ensure the daily order pick list are accurately picked and/or packed before cut off time
• Work with team members and be cross trained to perform other tasks within the department
• Ensure task given to meet and achieve KPI metrics

• Prior warehousing experience in picking, packing and put away would be advantageous
