Senior Designer
The Senior Designer is responsible for leading the production or marketing assets across various channels, including display ads, social media ads, out-of-home ads, website graphics, and more. Responsibilities and Duties

• Should be able to work with the other teams on the design and implementation of new game features.
• Efficient in sketching, drawing, layouts, multiple level designing
• Designing the aspects of game mechanics including entertainment, pacing user interface of each game and player communication.
• Use a metrics- driven approach to game design, provide ample and correct references/guidelines in the document for art and development teams.
• Create design documentation and deliverable for projects, including game concepts, in-game messaging, marketing communication, game rules
• Good knowledge of the mobile gaming market and F2P game design.
• Constantly play and research other games for with minimal supervision create and update the games design through Concept Proposals, Game Design Documents, and Functional Specifications.
• Team Player: Ability to communicate, iterate and take design decisions on data and user feedback

Required Experience and Qualification

• Minimum 4 years of Game Designing Experience.
• Minimum 3 years degree or certification in game design.
• Interest and knowledge in Live – Ops and Games.
• Should be skilled at taking data and transforming it into meaningful designs
• Should be up to date with game design literature and best practices to continue contributing to the studio level design expertise.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Produce detailed drawings, layouts and 3D renderings
• Ability to support lead designer in translating 3d renderings to tender drawings
• Produce material board and fill in material/furniture and fixture specification documents
• Develop creative, solution-base plans to clients in areas of space planning, furniture products, colours and moodboard
• Conduct site measurements
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
• Undertake market and general research to supplement the studio’s strategic responses to client briefs proposals for both client work and the studio’s own creative undertakings at the direction of team directors and project leads.
• Support and collaborate with team members across disciplines to integrate and execute design proposals for both client work and the studio’s own creative undertakings at the direction of team directors and project leads.
• Attend and participate in alignment meetings and working sessions with clients and/or contractors on with project leads on behalf of the studio.
• Where needed, to liaise with and manage contractors and vendors on behalf of the studio and/or clients for the successful execution and delivery of project.
• Manage personal timelines and workflow to ensure smooth delivery of design deliverables (for both internal review and external submission) in a timely manner.
