The Recovery Team Leader will be responsible for leading the recovery department in optimizing operations and processes. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing costs associated with poor quality by proactively managing the team to identify, investigate, and report quality defects in-store.

Your assignment

• Oversee the recovery team to ensure adherence to the As-Is principles and the commercial aspects of the Functional Review for Recovery and Quality.

• Develop and implement training programs to promote the IKEA culture and ensure diversity is valued, creating a positive workplace environment.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the recovery area, and actively participate in the iCheck/weCheck process.

The Role

Investment Performance Reporting

·         Prepare standard monthly performance reports including collation of external investment manager reports and valuation statements.
