Key Tasks and activities:
Plans, delivers and executes technical activities to provides services directly and indirectly to Nokia internal and external customers.

- Responsible for design, planning and optimization of Nokia Products 4G & 5G planning, optimization, and acceptance

- Ensures that deliverables and met and optimised to the Nokia Standard KPIs which have been agreed upon with our Customers.

- Coordination with implementation and field teams during activity if required

- Understand customer's requirements and take the lead to provide appropriate response with solution and recommendation

- Prepare and deliver technical network design

- Plan according to technical network design

- Perform acceptance tests with customer as required

- Ability to lead NPO team related to planning & optimization work. These may include complex problem solving in projects with performance requirements and multi-vendor environment.

- Performs network audits

- Actively shares key learnings and project documentation within own technical community

- Strong contributor and ability to share competence knowledge transfer within internal and customer team

Job Requirements:

Works typically in several technology areas with intermediate to advanced skill level or with one technology area at an advanced skill level. Task scope includes and not limited to: -

- Coaches others on NPO technical both design and Optimization.

- Network design / Optimization with latest Nokia SW/HW Release i.e. 23R3.

- KPI Monitoring and KPI reporting to customer

- Lead to solve NPO technical issues related to KPI analysis

- Trial features on latest SW/HW release

- Advanced network and/or service optimization

- Network audit with corresponding analysis

- perform daily stock take

- sales of jewelleries and watches

- ad hoc duties.

Job Description:

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software development processes, IT infrastructure, or other technical fields relevant to the organisation.

Responsibility:

1. Collect and summarize product demand, participate in product demand assessment and optimization;
2. Competitor information collection& analysis;
3. Planning product promotion according to R&D and marketing research;
4. Provide customer support and product solutions training;
5. Participate in important project product selection, solution providing, bidding scheme and implementation plan evaluation;

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, communications, electronics or related
