Company Name, Company Short Description, is seeking a diligent and experienced Accountant or Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial documentation and effective management of our company's finances across multiple regions, including Singapore and Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and business activity reports.
• Monitor financial details to ensure compliance with legal standards in multiple countries.
• Manage daily accounting operations.
• Handle tax filings, ledger maintenance, and budgeting, particularly focusing on GST and tax regulations applicable in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant, with senior-level experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of tax laws and GAAP, with good knowledge of tax and GST regulations in Singapore and Malaysia being an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the review of material flow parameters and recommend appropriate levels to support business and customer requirements.
• He/She will lead new customer integration by coordinating internally with cross functional teams and externally with business partners.
• Assisting the Client Service Manager, he/ she shall manage the day-to-day inventory coordination in high volume, fast-paced healthcare distribution environment while ensuring compliance with established procedure

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources including booking systems, cargo flow modules, management reporting and customer databases
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for various trade teams to make informed decisions
• Assist with the implementation of eCommerce projects and optimization of corporate systems, data and tools to enhance department productivity
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in shipping data to optimize cargo selections, routing management, and inventory management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including, finance, logistics and operations to implement data-driven solutions and process improvements
• Steer improvement mindset and adoption of new technologies & processes
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Data Science, Statistics or equivalent with at leats 1-2 years of experiences is advantageous
• Possess excellent data management, spreadsheet, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge in Tableau, Power BI preferred
