As the US Country Growth Senior Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for Castlery’s US sales as well as owning a multimillion dollar marketing budget.
• Create the overall growth strategy for the US market. You will build the one year growth strategy for the market while aligning to Castlery’s 3-5 years focus. The growth plan will cover localised approaches, categories, channels and UVPs with quantified impact.
• Harness customer insights for decision making. You will derive impactful customer insights to inform growth strategy based on existing data, customer research. Identify key audience segments to focus on that will translate into channels, categories, and various teams' initiatives with a quantified approach.
• Understand deeply the market and competitor dynamics. Be on top of market dynamics and competitor news, to adapt our strategy. Understand the customer tastes, retail dynamics, seasonality, important local channels and partnership network.
• Own and influence the business planning and commercial calendar. Own the business planning of initiatives and levers in order to achieve sales. You are able to influence and drive decisions on the commercial calendar with various stakeholders.
• Mange the country performance channel strategy. Own the market sales and marketing ROI outcome. Break down clear targets for different teams, and into operational targets. Possess advanced understanding of how different channels are contributing to the growth strategy.

Job Description:

• Accurately create, manage, and maintain sales orders within the accounting system, ensuring all details are entered meticulously.
• Collaborate with various sales departments to ensure seamless order processing from start to finish.
• Monitor inventory levels to verify stock availability and proactively address potential shortages to meet order requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding order confirmations, updates, and promptly address any issues or inquiries.

The incumbent will be responsible for all trade finance operations, ensuring seamless execution of transactions related to Letters of Credit, export documents, freight loans, trust receipts, and other trade finance activities. This role requires a strong understanding of international trade practices, meticulous attention to details, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Handling Letters of Credit:
Review and process Letters of Credit, ensuring compliance with all relevant terms.
Verify and validate accuracy of documents required for Letters of Credit transactions.
Facilitate any necessary amendments to Letters of Credit in collaboration with banks and relevant stakeholders.
2. Preparation of Export Documents:
Prepare and submit accurate export documents in adherence to Letters of Credit and contract terms.
Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within specified timelines.
3. Freight Loan Management:
Administer and manage freight loans, including the processing of relevant documentation and communication with financial institutions.
4. Trust Receipts:

6. Negotiation of Shipping Documents:
Liaise with banks for the negotiation of shipping documents.

8. Coordination with Buyers and Suppliers:
Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth processing of Letters of Credit and resolve any related issues.
9. Additional Duties:
Undertake any other trade finance- related tasks and projects assigned by Management.

Requirements:
Candidate must preferably possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the commodities trading industry
In- depth knowledge of international trade regulations, UCP600, and incoterms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail- oriented with a high degree of accuracy in document processing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
