Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle public complaints and feedback related to project site.
• Prepare letters and notices to communicate with community and residents regarding development of project.
• Implement public relationship programme.
• Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
• Prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and residents.
• Assist other general administrative support to the project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• At least 4 years' experience in full stack development framework

Responsibilities

• Be part of a regional team supporting the Third-Party Risk Management framework implementation and planning of process enhancement initiatives in APD
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness by optimizing TPRM process
• Work closely with stakeholders from IT, TPRM 3 lines of defense, as well as other relevant functions to drive TPRM initiatives
• Implement and configure TPRM system to support effective TPRM controls
• Promote awareness of TPRM in the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years working experience in banking or financial services, during which at least 5 years were in the capacity project management supporting Third-Party Risk Management or other Risk topics
• Able to operationalize policies into practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Track record of supporting regional project would be advantageous
• Working experience in implementation and/ or configuration of TPRM system would be advantageous

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on logistics equipment and machinery
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, and carry out repairs as required
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks to ensure equipment operates efficiently
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely maintenance
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines when working with machinery and equipment
• Assist in the procurement and inventory management of spare parts and supplies
• Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times

• Possess Diploma, NITEC, NTC-2 or ITC Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering is preferred
• Equipment knowledge - Bagging /packaging/conveyor system
• General knowledge on ac drives and electrical motors, pneumatic cylinders and roller/chain conveyors
• Knowledge of PLC, control circuits and electrical system
• Min. 3 years' relevant experience in heavy industry sector
• Experience in Bagging line would be advantage
