Job Descriptions:

• Coordination and management of all M&E works
• Ensure all M&E works are performed on time and in compliance with all necessary standards, codes of practice and safety regulations
• Ensure that all M&E works will achieve the high-quality level expected
• Responsible for the supervision & coordination of M&E works at project site.
• Understand Main Contract /Subcontract requirement.
• Check for discrepancies, defects, inconsistency in drawings.
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements
• Supervise/track on-going site works on Master Program
• Prepare structural penetration shop-drawing for approval.
• Assess and verify M&E sub-contractors claims.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Specialist Diploma in M&E coordination

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Salary: $3,500.00 - $4,200.00

Functional Business Analyst

• 10 years of IT work experience, including 5 years as Functional Business Analyst.
• Relevant banking and/or consulting experience.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectives.
• Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions / departments in the bank/market.
• Familiar with change management processes and project management fundamentals.
• Experience in scoping and evaluation – Defining overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost,operations and technology principal risk.
