As a Photoshoot Stylist Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Assist in planning and styling of all editorial and catalogue shoots
• Assist in arranging casting of models and confirmation of models
• Booking Teams - Photographer, Photo Assistant, Hair Stylist, Makeup Artist, Model, Location, Digital Tech etc.
• Assist in conceptualising sets for shoots
• Purchase of props and styling accessories
• Assisting and conceptualising content images required
• Assist in Estimating / Invoicing / Budgeting
• Assist in post-production work
• Any other duties that fall under the scope of work or as required from the photoshoot team In charge of photographing all editorial and catalogue visuals.
• Any other work required in the Company.

JOB PURPOSE:

Business Intelligence Analyst generate and analyze reports backed by statistical and financial principles to support the management team in formulating their business strategies. The person is also responsible to provide user support for CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) and Marketing Associates Applications.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Develop and generate management reports.
• Automation of mainline reports and document work procedures.
• Maintain database to ensure data accuracy and information integrity.
• Handle statistics and finance related enquiries from various departments.
• Provide user support for CRM & Marketing Associates systems, enforcing best practices and improving user productivity.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems configuration, application workflow and business rules.
• Work with IT development resources to enhance applications and troubleshoot.
• Work with User Services team on application administering, such as creation & maintenance of workgroups, maintenance of existing users, creation of new users, creation of users synchronization rules and region / branch realignment.
• Support & maintain Marketing SOP and periodical ISO auditing.

QUALIFICATIONS

COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge in MS applications specifically Power BI, Power point, word, excel, access.Proficient in programming - VBA, SQL, DAX.
• Ability to develop and troubleshoot macro programming (VB Application).

The Manager Business Intelligence & Data Analytics supports the Head of Products & Portfolio in overseeing the entire Star Alliance Business Intelligence initiatives. As a Manager of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes within the organization. You will lead initiatives on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to provide actionable insights that contribute to corporate planning and improved operational efficiency. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills.

Your Profile

• A minimum of 5 years work experience in BI, data analytics, or a related role
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Data Science, or a related field; (MBA is a plus).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake).
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning is a plus.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the Airline and Alliances industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
• Experience or exposure to global business environments, with an understanding of international market trends and regulatory landscapes.
• High level of proficiency in English is essential, as it is the sole language used for communication with Star Alliance Member Airlines and other external stakeholders.
