As the China Marketing Director, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of our brand in China’s commodities trading sector. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact initiatives that enhance our market position and brand recognition across diverse channels.

We leverage extensive offline networks by partnering with logistics providers and trade networks to deepen our presence in the Chinese market, enhancing our visibility and reach across China’s vast landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and client engagement within the bulk commodities sector.
• Industry Expertise: Leverage your expertise in shipping, petrochemicals, coal, and steel to create campaigns that resonate with key industry players in China.
• Collaborative Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with upstream and downstream partners to drive growth and influence in the market.
• Innovative Content Creation: Oversee the development of insightful, industry-relevant content that appeals to clients and stakeholders.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Trade, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the bulk commodities sector, including trade operations, market analysis, and strategic marketing.
• Demonstrated success in managing marketing strategies within the commodities industry.
• Strong understanding of China’s economic landscape and industry trends.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
