Job Requirements :

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.
• Preferably relevant experience in Social Service sector, working with elderly clients or any related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team to meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written skills).
• Possess some knowledge of programme design, implementation and evaluation.

• Oversee multiple childcare centers and provide leadership to Principals in strategic planning, program development, and operational management.
• Ensure effective implementation and evaluation of centralized curriculum and initiatives at each center.
• Possess strong knowledge of licensing and SPARK standards, providing guidance to help Principals meet these requirements; conduct regular site visits and evaluations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of supervisory and cluster mentorship experience.
