Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platform to drive sales, enhance user experience, and maximize conversion rates.

Job Description

Website Management:

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce website(s).

· Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO).

· Regularly update product listings, images, and descriptions to accurately reflect inventory and promotions.

· Monitor website performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and bounce rates, and implement strategies to improve them.

Marketing:

· Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales through various channels such as email marketing, social media, and search engine marketing (SEM).

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, promotions, and advertisements tailored to the online audience.

Analytics and Reporting:

· Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer behaviour.

· Analyse data trends and identify opportunities for improvement or growth in online sales.

· Present findings and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.

Working schedule & Salary package

• 5 days working per week Monday – Friday (9.00am – 6.30pm), 2 day off.
• $2,900 - $3,300 SGD (Depends on experiences)

Requirement

· Familiar with SEO

· 1-2years marketing /E-commerce background experience will be an advantage.

· Candidates with no prior experience but familiar with online shopping on ecommerce marketplaces may also apply.

· Min Diploma and Degree in Marketing / E-commerce or related fields for foreigners’ applicants only due to insufficient quota.

· Singaporean / Singapore PR / LTVP are also welcome!

➡️ Assist and support in managing restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures through best monitoring methods via tracking, monitoring and analyzing Sales, Labour & Food cost variances.

➡️ To maintain high level of knowledge of wines, knowledge in pairing of wines to food and to be able to upsell to guests.

Wash & Cut vegetables, meats, seafood and poultry.

➡️ Ensure Marination’s, mise-en-place and set up all stock stations

➡️ Ensure the prompt and speedy delivery of orders.

➡️ Set up and manage Buffet Stations with all necessary supplies.

➡️ Taking stocks and liaise with the purchase & catering managers to ensure the adequate food items are available to produce the appropriate menu items.

➡️ Receiving goods after checking the quality and quantity.

➡️ Storage of raw materials and ingredients and ensure that all the food storage and preparation of all food items meet the temperature guidelines.

➡️ Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that the standards are met

➡️ Ensure personal hygiene and safety requirements.

➡️ Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking utensils and equipment's.

➡️ Monitor the performance of Chefs & assistant chefs.

Requirements

➡️ Must Have a Degree Holder with F&B Experience

➡️ Must have at least 1 year F&B Manager,Supervisor, Cook experience.

➡️ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

➡️ A team player with strong communication skills

➡️ Willing to perform shift work schedule during weekends and public holidays

➡️ Pleasant personality and well-groomed

➡️ Personal Hygiene Course will be advantages

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all drafting and preparation of drawings on time for all projects
• Develop and manage 3D building models using BIM software
• Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose
• Ensure compliance of drawing with regulatory specification
• Work closely with project teams on drawing amendments and updated
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Prior experience with Fire Prevention & Protection Systems will be added advantage

Make an Impact by:

• Lead in the network design, implementation, and support on end-to-end bilateral infrastructure set up with partners via Landline and domestic backhaul infrastructure, including the Data Center / Facility providers.
• Plan, deploy, optimize and provide support to maintain the Singapore Backhaul Infrastructure network and overseas International Leased Circuit (ILC) network including network design, capacity planning and monitoring, and patch management.
• Manage contractors and internal stakeholders to perform roles such as site survey, installations, and service activations and ensure milestones are tracked and delivered within a given requested date.
• Source and procure the ILC equipment and relevant support systems through tenders and other sourcing activities.
• Enable the day 2 support structure by Operations team after implementation.
• Proactively lead the continuous network optimization initiatives including the Poion of Presence (POP) and services migration exercise.
• Provide support for Customer Solution and Product Team for strategic customer opportunities (RFP, project implementation, etc) including liaising with multiple vendors and partners.
• Responsible for the inventory record in backhaul infra network in Digital Inventory (DI) system including the bilateral fiber connectivity with partners.
• Enhance the features and usability of the DI to support ILC and E-line services by working with the portal development team and relevant stakeholders and how the circuit assignment can be optimized/automated through DI.
• Partner with cross-functional teams in Singtel to integrate ILC equipment, NMS and DI with Internal systems.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Skills for Success:

• At least Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the communications industry with a Telco / Managed Service Provider environment.
• Good technical knowledge and relevant skillset to handle Layer 0 on Dark fibre, DWDM, ASON, OTN, L2 Ethernet, SDH and IP Network technology and platforms.
• Experience and exposure to industry leading DWDM and OTN platforms such as Ciena, Nokia, Infinera, Huawei, etc.
• Experience in developing, managing and evaluating the technical and commercial aspects of RFP/ Tender specifications for system solution.
• Keen interest in optical network and collaboration technology development and industry trend.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, confident in dealing with various external and internal stakeholders with a customer-focused attitude.
• Able to work independently, play a hands-on role and adapt in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn and driven to deliver result.
• Flexible and open to different perspective and approaches on project implementations and assignment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
