This is an eighteen-month on-the-job training programme that involves participation in and supporting inter-disciplinary and collaborative drug discovery projects. Responsibilities:

• Independently design and engineer innovative antibodies for therapeutic and technology-development applications
• Perform biochemical, biophysical, and functional characterization of antibodies with different modalities and specificity
• Collaborate with scientists from various therapeutic areas to ensure timely progress in research projects
• Analyze and present data in a clear and concise manner, demonstrating a good understanding of its implications in the context of drug discovery

Requirements:

• Degree or postgraduate degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry or related disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant experience
