• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
• Carry out site measurement
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors progress payments
• Other quantity surveying related duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years working experience in building construction
• Knowledge of building condition of contract
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• konwledge in Mandrain languages to handle queries and feedbacks to associates, clients and customers

Responsibilities

• Perform telemarketing calls to generate sales and recruitment leads.
• Qualify sales and recruitment leads, sell ideas effectively to them, and convert for sales appointments or job interviews with the managers.
• Support marketing and recruitment campaigns by calling to invite and confirming attendance of qualified leads to sales and recruitment events.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Able to communicate and build rapport with people at all levels with a positive and engaging personality.
• Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills with a customer focused attitude.
• Strong proficiency in the English language.
• Meticulous, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients

• Cook food in a timely manner
• Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
• Inform wait staff about daily specials
• Ensure appealing plate presentation
• Supervis Cooks and assist as needed
• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
• Monitor food stock and place orders
• Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area able to cook local Chinese food

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers) Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques
• Leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
• Excellent time management abilities
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
