Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programme for M&E system and equipment.
• Evaluate, review, recommend and manage the maintenance contractors for the Property; regular inspections of the Property to ensure the effective operation of the Property and bringing any areas of concerns, including any claims, liability or legal process, to the client.
• Hold regular management meetings with client to report on the activities and management of the Property, as well as to present recommendations relating to their management.
• Liaise with government authorities/ statutory boards, architects, engineers and other divisions on matters relating to management and maintenance of the Property.
• Regularly review contract specifications for maintenance of M&E systems and equipment and make recommendations of upgrading standards.
• Preparation of annual income, expenditure and capital improvement budgets for the approval within the time specify by the client.
• Manage all financial matters, including monitoring of the income and expenditure of the Property to ensure it is in accordance with the annual budget.
• Identify problem areas in operational process and recommend improvement plans to maximize the efficiency of operation.
• Oversee the preparation of estimates for repair works, works specifications, invitations for quotations, recommendations of award, supervision of completed works including drafting of contract documents.
• Reviewing and approving tenant’s fit-out designs and programmes to ensure that no damage would be caused to the Property’s fixtures/ fittings/ systems, and they are in compliance with government rules, laws and regulations.
• Regularly check the Property to ensure prompt removal of all fire hazards, proper functioning of fire escapes, fire doors and obstruction-free access
• Build rapport and maintain good relationship with tenants, ensure that their feedbacks and complaints are attended to and resolved within stipulated timeline.
• Manage inventory and take charge of technical store.
• Respond to emergency situations in the Property.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in building, facilities management or any relevant discipline with minimum 5-8 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Strong leadership qualities and analytical skills to assess situation and determine the best course of action.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with client, tenant, and other stakeholders.
• Dynamic, resourceful self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge and experience in sustainability and Green Mark including renewal for commercial buildings would be a strong advantage.

Mission:

• Develop and manage named CRO Accounts to achieve defined commercial targets on a Quarterly and Annual basis
• Define and execute a joint global business plan and strategy with Partner(s) to achieve joint business objectives
• Build and execute a joint plan that encompasses accelerated sales proposals, product/platform adoption, partner enablement, joint marketing, joint value proposition, technical initiatives, governance model, and executive engagement
• Provide support to and liaise with CRO Partners for Medidata Sales and Professional Services delivery
• Act as single POC on Partner Account for all Medidata resources to align and coordinate with at Partner Account
• Pursue Enterprise commitments and increase Direct Business (internal use within Partner)
• Identify and execute Strategic Initiatives
• Coordinate with other Partner team members and Medidata functions to grow partnership into a corporate asset

Your Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences, Engineering or Computer Science preferred, or Master’s degree a plus
• 5 + years successful hands-on experience working with CROs or within a chanels or alliance
• Preferred is 5+ years experience of the biopharmaceutical clinical trials R&D environment
