What will you do?

Position Summary

The Facility Technician will assist the M&E Facility Executive in coordinating operations and maintenance activities, including retrofitting works in the office and GMP facility, to ensure clean, safe, and functional environments. You may be tasked with performing risk assessments to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices. You will communicate with relevant personnel in response to requests and feedback from facility users. Additionally, you will liaise with third-party service providers to ensure that repair and maintenance works are carried out in a timely manner and comply with quality and safety standards. You will work at designated properties during business hours but may be required to be on-call after office hours in case of emergencies.
