Job Responsibilities:

• Managing recruitment and selection as well as internship programs to meet the organization’s manpower needs.
• Planning and coordination of company events and managing employee welfare and wellness program.
• Primary contact for payroll execution and overseas manpower administration.
• Ensure that the organization remains compliant on all legislative manpower law.
• Support in building up relevant HR framework and policies for the organization.
• Support build-up for a strategic performance management framework, tied to organizational goals and objectives.
• Rewards system to recognize individual and/or company performance.
• Tie in performance management system to gaps analysis and linking it to the learning and development framework.
• In-charge of the preparation of Letter of Offers and Employment Contracts for new joiners.
• Maintaining master list of all employees.
• Maintenance of personnel-related files and records such as P-files and timesheets.
• Assist in the onboarding of new hires and off-boarding/ clearance for resignees, including conducting exit interviews.
• Working hours are from 9pm to 5am

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or any related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal skills with key decision makers as well as across the various levels of employees.
• Good business and people acumen with the ability to frame HR initiatives and expertise in a business context.
• Strong written and verbal communication skill; ability to present, persuade, influence, and shift perspective as needed.
• Ability to effectively build relationships across all levels by establishing trust and credibility.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibility and requirement

• Direct daily operations with full decision-making responsibility for operation, weekly scheduling, and establishing sales goals.
• Utilize strong interpersonal communication skills to direct daily operations of the club ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity.
• Direct communication with corporate partners in merchandising and distribution to ensure brand integrity and inventory levels to support a club environment.
• Facilitate in human resources duties such as interviewed potential candidates, direct hiring and termination process, administrate payroll.
• Assist in the day to day operation of a night club.
• Willing to work night hour from 9pm to 6am as a night club operating hour.
