Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy APIs and integrations using Node.js for the business logic and AWS for deployment.

Hybrid working arrangement

• Deliver fuel savings from route optimisation, minimum ballast monitoring, planning and speed management intervention.
• Analyze the route recommendations from the vendor and proposing new routing optimisation opportunities to vessel taking into consideration PIL specific restrictions/requirements

• Maintain comprehensive Port Cards Database for reference by all parties including but not limited to Network Planning team, Operations Teams, Vessel Master
• Ability to engage on signing Masters and Chief Engineers as part of briefing programme to explain CME's role and their support required on-board for win-win outcome

Description:

The Corporate Strategy Associate role will be responsible for helping execute Kredivo’s mid to long-term strategic roadmap. This role will require close coordination with multiple, cross-functional team members and external stakeholders to execute Kredivo’s buy or build expansion strategy, with the broader end goal of building a diversified digital financial services company in the region.

This candidate will report to the Chief Strategy Officer, and the primary roles and responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• End to end execution of strategic M&A opportunities, including sourcing, screening, conducting due diligence and closing transactions,
• Evaluating business expansion into new product and geographic adjacencies
• Coordination of our equity fundraising efforts and supporting investor relations, and
• Preparation of materials for communicating the firm’s strategy to its board and existing investors.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of working experience in consulting, investment banking, and/or buy side (PE/VC)
• Familiarity with and interest in the financial services and fintech industry
• Execution oriented and enjoys working in fast, high-growth environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluency in English + preferably 1 regional language in South East Asia (Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai, Tagalog)
• Based in Singapore but willing to travel occasionally
