Job Description:

Responsible for the establishment, training, implementation, and maintenance of rules for the office's daily work.

Responsible for the archival management of the company's administrative documents and materials.

Responsible for arranging, guiding, supervising, and executing specific administrative affairs of the company. This includes company safety management, office space management, meeting room management, travel management, etc.

Responsible for the daily attendance of all office staff (all departments).

Responsible for the management of administrative fixed assets, procurement management of fixed assets and office supplies, and the maintenance of access control and office environment.

Assist the Human Resources Manager in fulfilling relevant management responsibilities.

Promote cultural construction, create a positive organizational atmosphere, inherit company culture, and ensure the sustained and healthy growth of the organization.

Responsible for the company's external reception work and resource allocation.

Organize various regular and irregular collective activities within the company.

Assist the Director of Governance in handling public relations and some external liaison affairs, including various transactional communications and coordination.

Complete other tasks assigned temporarily by the supervisor, and manage, supervise, and follow up on special administrative work arranged.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor's degree；

2. Over five years of administrative management experience；

3. Work experience in human resource will be a plus;

4. Proficiency in both English and Chinese；

5. Have good language expression and communication skills. Open mind.
