• Lead development of new process to recycle and reuse metal scraps.
• Research and develop process of upcycling metal scraps (titanium/aluminum alloy).
• Research recycling of 3DP metal powders and reduction of raw material cost.
• Provide development plan and risk mitigation for projects to management.
• Manage collaboration projects with Institute of Higher Learning or Research Institutes on new material or new technology development.

Requirements:

• Masters / PhD in Materials Science, Metal Material Engineering or Analytical Chemistry.
• 2 years of relevant R&D working experience preferred.
• Have experience in metal material development and qualification in either mold, fixture or product.
• Possess knowledge in material characterization and metal powder production process.

About the Role

In this role, you will be a key player in our audit department, responsible for conducting audits and reviews of our global group of companies according to the annual work plan approved by the Audit Committee. Skills and Experience Needed

Experience working with data analytics in your audits will be a strong advantage for the role.

You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS, and have experience with Business Intelligence tools such as ACL, IDEA, Python R, QlikView, or Power BI. Familiarity with new technologies and robotics tools, including RPA and NLP, is expected. Strong data analytics, scripting, or programming skills for managing and analyzing large data volumes are essential, along with experience in designing dashboards and reporting.
