• Carry out electrical installation of lights, locker,fixtures (switches, sockets etc), servicing and maintenance work
• Must be able to understand simple electrical schematics and floor plans
• Carry out troubleshooting for most interior house/office problems
• Able to double-up as a handyman at some job sites for simple interior repair jobs eg. painting, drilling, plumbing, furniture repair or aircon servicing works

· Ensure company is stocked with necessary supplies of tools and some M&E parts

· In charge of purchasing parts as well as working with the team to identify necessary items and tools needed for handyworks and projects

· Ensure cleanliness of the store as well as transport vehicle

· In charge of own appointment scheduling and time management

· Must be independent and experienced to perform emergency repairs when necessary

Roles & responsibilities

1. Coordination with Construction team/ Design Consultant/PE/construction subcontractor, etc. for Detail Design Development.

2. Carry out detailed analysis and design of civil, structural, and geotechnical works.

3. Prepare design calculation reports and structural drawings for authorities' submissions.

4. Planning relevant temporary civil structure, plan & section required for the Traffic diversion, such as Drain diversion, Retaining wall, shop drawing development.

5. Review and planning for ERSS system for Underground structure using Diaphragm wall such as KP, Decking, Strutting, decking, etc.

6. Check/Rectification of all the structural drawing/ shop drawing if required.

Requirements and relevant experience are as below;

1. Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree of Civil Engineering or close discipline from a recognized Institution.

2. Strong engineering fundamental and analytical skills in geotechnical and structural analysis and design works is an advantage.

3. Good knowledge of the application of design and drafting software.

4. Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil and Structural Engineering especially for LTA Project.

5. Be well-aware of Traffic Diversion, Temp. Drain Diversion, and authority approval procedure.

6. Be well-aware of Underground Structure/Construction Sequences and related civil design works.

7. Be well-aware of Eurocode, LTA CDC, and relevant design specification/standards.

* Candidates who has experience as CS engineer (Design) in D&B contractor side would be an advantage.
