Digital Sales Executive
We are seeking a Sales Executive to Join our team. This is a client facing role, responsible to meet clients needs. The Sales Executive also coordinates company resources to ensure the best outcomes for the client. Sales Executive will need to knowledgeable on common IT services we provide our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Build-on and manage new/ existing client relationships
• Provide quote as and when requested by Clients
• Work with technical teams to ensure services are provided as expected
• Follow-up to ensure client satisfaction or possible enhancement opportunities
• Represent the organization when interfacing with new clients
• Provide regular updates of services to clients
• Follow-up on deals and close deals
• Act as escalation point for clients on ongoing projects
• Work with suppliers to build solutions as requested by the Clients
• Produce reports for customers on cloud utilization, services uptime and incidents
Requirements:
• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure and/or Cloud Platforms
• Pleasant disposition and good communication skills
• Good spoken and written English
• Able to handle client objections and negotiate
• Understanding of IT projects delivery
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders and partners for larger, complex deals
• Diploma in relevant discipline
• Cooperative Team-player
